RETURNS POLICY
At Sarafina’s Jewelry, your satisfaction is our priority. This policy explains how to return or exchange items.
1. RETURN WINDOW
You have 14 calendar days from delivery date to initiate a return.
2. ELIGIBLE ITEMS
You Can Return:
Unworn jewelry in original condition | Items with original packaging and tags | Unused accessories | Defective or damaged items
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom/Bespoke jewelry | Personalized/Engraved items | Earrings (hygiene) | Sale items marked “Final Sale” | Worn or used items
3. CONDITION REQUIREMENTS
Items must be unworn, unused, in original resalable condition, with all tags attached, in original packaging, and with certificate of authenticity.
All returns are inspected to verify condition.
4. HOW TO RETURN
Step 1: Contact Us
Via chat box, Contact Us page, or WhatsApp: +234 813 690 6777
Provide order number, items to return, reason, and photos (if defective)
Step 2: Receive Authorization
Wait for Return Authorization (RA) number within 24 hours (valid for 7 days)
Step 3: Package Item
Use original packaging, include all tags and accessories, include Return Form, write RA number on package
Step 4: Ship Return
Use traceable shipping method, insure high-value items, ship to address in RA email
Step 5: Receive Refund
Inspection within 2-3 business days | Refund processed within 7-10 business days | Refund to original payment method
5. REFUNDS
Timeline: 2-3 weeks total (Inspection: 2-3 days | Processing: 7-10 days | Bank: 3-5 days)
Product cost refunded. Original shipping not refunded unless our error.
6. EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges for different size, different color, or different product (equal or greater value).
Follow return process and indicate desired exchange. New item ships once we receive return.
Exchange time: Approximately 1-2 weeks
7. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Take photos and contact us immediately. We provide return label, inspect item, and send replacement or issue refund.
Report damage within 24 hours.
8. WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
Contact us within 48 hours with photos and order number. We send return label, ship correct item via express at no charge.
9. MISSING ITEMS
Check packaging thoroughly and contact us within 48 hours. We ship missing items immediately.
10. CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Custom jewelry cannot be returned as it’s made specifically for you.
We will replace if there’s a manufacturing defect, not made to specifications, or quality issues.
11. GIFT RETURNS
Contact gift giver for order details. Exchanges allowed with proof of purchase. Refunds issued as store credit.
12. SIZE EXCHANGES
Contact us within 7 days for size exchange. Item must be unworn and in perfect condition.
