Prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel orders with incorrect pricing.

5. ORDERS & PAYMENT

Add items to cart, provide shipping information, complete payment, and receive order confirmation.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order, limit quantities, and cancel fraudulent orders.

Payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfer, Paystack, Flutterwave, Mobile Money

6. CUSTOM JEWELRY

Process: Consultation → Design Approval → Production (2-4 weeks) → Delivery

Unlimited design revisions before production begins. Once production starts, design changes are not possible.

Completed custom pieces cannot be returned.

7. GOLD TRADE-IN PROGRAM

Bring old gold jewelry (10K-24K) to our store. We assess purity, provide instant quote, and apply credit to new purchase.

Damaged or broken gold accepted.

8. WARRANTIES

Lifetime warranty on 18K-24K gold covers manufacturing defects.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

We own all content on our website including trademarks, logos, website design, product photos, and marketing materials.

10. DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by Nigerian law.
